  • H.R.3200 Health Care Bill a.k.a. “America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009”. a.k.a. Obamacare -The GC Tea Party is OPPOSED to the bill in its current proposed form dated July 14, 2009.
  • H.R. 2454 The American Clean Energy and Security Act a.k.a. “Cap and Trade” a.k.a. “Cap & Tax Act”.  The GC Tea Party is OPPOSED to this legislation even though it has passed the U.S. House of Representatives by the narrow margin of 219 to 212 in July of 2009.  We believe this legislation in its current form is bad for business and bad for America.  We are OPPOSED to Congress passing this or similar bills.
  • We are OPPOSED to Czars and Czars that only report to the President.
  • H.R. 45 We are OPPOSED to more gun control, i.e. more licensing and registration that is already being endured.
